According to Edea, skating is in the family blood, uniting generations. Their grandfather started the company in his workshop, making custom shoes for locals.  The reputation of quality soon spread and so the next generation was able to build on this excellence – creating a successful skate company.  It was only natural that the third generation would want to continue the search for the perfect skate.  With family passion as her base, Sabrina started her own company with its unique philosophy in search of skating perfection.  After two years of intensive research and development and thanks to the support of her family and the experts, Edea hit the ice on 02/02/2002 and became the first boot to be light weight, non leather, skater responsive
