The sale price for all consigned goods will be divided as follows: 65% to consignor, 35% to ReSkate.

After 90 days, the consignor will have the following options: (A) Continue with the agreement; (B) Request goods be returned at their cost.

On occasion ReSkate will create promotions including but not limited to free shipping, 10% off coupon or other to help in the sale. The promo cost will be deducted from the sale of the merchandise before the percentage between consignor and ReSkate is calculated.

If requested, ReSkate will assist in setting the price based on the amount the consignor wishes to receive. The sales price will be reviewed periodically to determine if the market will benefit from a price reduction. The consignor will be notified by email of any sales price reductions pending and will be given the opportunity (after 90 days) to oppose or retrieve their items.

I (consignor) acknowledge that I am consigning all items at my own risk and ReSkate is not responsible for any loss due to fire, breakage, theft or any unforeseen cost.
